Context
Studio Forma is a women's fashion e-commerce with R$ 200k/month revenue and a base of 12,000 customers. The operation was 100% dependent on paid traffic for new sales, with no repurchase or retention strategy.
Challenge
CAC was rising month over month. The 12,000-customer base received only generic promotional emails, without segmentation. There was no CRM, no repurchase tracking, and the average LTV was just 1.2 purchases per customer.
What was done
We segmented the base by RFM (recency, frequency, monetary value), implemented automated reactivation and post-purchase flows, restructured ad campaigns focused on ROAS and created a repurchase pipeline in the CRM.
