2. Data we collect
When you fill out the diagnostic form at /agendar, we collect: name, WhatsApp, company, segment, revenue range, commercial pain points and objectives. This data is sent by email to our commercial team so we can contact you and provide the requested service.
3. Legal basis for processing
Processing of your data is based on your consent (art. 7, I of LGPD) and on the execution of preliminary procedures related to contract (art. 7, V).
4. How we use your data
We use your data exclusively to: (a) contact you about the requested diagnostic; (b) present our services; (c) comply with legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Sharing with third parties
We use Resend (resend.com) for transactional email delivery containing form data to our internal team. We use Vercel (vercel.com) for site hosting. These processors handle data only for the contracted purpose.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure aggregated, anonymous traffic (IPs are anonymized). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your rights (LGPD)
At any time you can: confirm the existence of processing of your data; access, correct or delete your data; request portability; revoke consent. To exercise these rights, send an email to contato@veritatem.com.br with the subject "Data Subject Rights".
8. Security and retention
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. We retain your data for the time necessary for the collection purpose or as required by law.
